In 1919, Boys Town launched its first organized school, transforming the education of the boys in its care. A century later, the teaching philosophy established by Boys Town founder Father Edward Flanagan remains the foundation of Boys Town's middle and high schools, with research-backed practices focused on sustainable, positive integration.

This lasting legacy now reaches across the nation through our education training programs for educators. Through both on-site and online training, consulting, and coaching, we collaborate closely with schools to achieve lasting results.
